NO WALK INS // BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

.Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.​

If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before you can book your next appointment with us.

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving 10-15 Minutes Late: If you arrive within 10-15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to ensure that we remain on schedule for other clients.

Arriving More Than 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, a late arrival fee may be applied, or your appointment may be considered a no-show, resulting in a cancellation fee.

REFUND & RETURNS

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds on any services performed or products sold. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

 

If you experience any adverse reactions to our products, please notify us immediately. We offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. All exchanges are subject to the approval of management.
